history endlessly repeating
suffering ad nauseum
even in blogland nothing ever changes.

BUT
say a prayer today
care for someone
smile at the stranger
rejoice and be glad for we are alive!

We do what we can Graham, both via prayer and via this form of media. I have my reunion group every Friday morning and that's what we do, pray for the world, our parish, and our spouses. If being faithful is all I can do, then I will do it to the best of my ability. If I didn't have the outlet, and faith, of and in prayer then I would despair and wind up being a republican fascist.

So I do what I can, as do all of us who believe that loving God and loving one's neighbor is what we are called to do.

Gotta keep that karma clean my friend...Scott

Our pastor this morning preached on the good shepherd story, the upshot was that we need to allow ourselves to be shepherded by people who can truly love us, and that then enables us to be a shepherd to others.

Jesus of course being the ideal
shepherd, that all should attempt to imitate.

I guess we are all learning throught this new medium of blogs, new ways of encouraging/shepherding - that has an effect or affect on people anywhere in the world, almost instaneously at times...

The trick in being a good shepherd is not having too many sheep :)

Now as the hot air balloon
flys
over the vineyards
the recovery team
transverses the river
Wheels from all over shall go to the city!

wiki is back!
meanwhile
hot air balloons are beaut in canberra this time of the year, but we live a little too far out to enjoy them overhead, we used to wake up to them brushing the tree tops in our previous abode.
